Concept Paper - Evaluation Standards in USPAP

The Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) is seeking feedback. Written comments are requested by October 11, 2019 by mail to Appraisal Standards Board The Appraisal Foundation 1155 15th Street, NW, Suite 1111 Washington, DC 20005 or via email to asbcomments@appraisalfoundation.org.

The ASB is seeking input on a variety of topics focusing on whether or not the ASB should set minimum standards for evaluations, and if so, what those standards may look like or address. You can read the full concept paper here.
